Implementing Organs
There are two major implementing organs namely the National Secretariat that is supported by districts offices. The National Secretariat’s role is national level operations fundraising, overall coordination and supervision of operations in the regional and districts offices as well as facilitation of good governance and management systems to ensure efficiency, transparency, accountability and cost-effective use of resources. The secretariat is composed of the Executive Director, Department Managers, Programme Officers and support staff.
MEDREP is currently in the process of rolling out district offices in two regions Central and Eastern in addition to the presence in the current designated areas of operations. These are managed by District Managers and support staff who implement planned activities and make progressive reports as required.
